SOUTH RIDGE BUILDER SDN. BHD founded in 2020 in Selangor, Malaysia. Previously known as SIVA PRAKASH CONSTRUCTION, We are in the construction industry since 2009 and have developed a reputable history among our clients for service excellence and professionalism. Our continued efforts in exceeding customer satisfaction has set the climate for a sustainable business relationship with our clients and became a motivating factor to move forward and grow bigger and bigger until the formation of South Ridge Builders Sdn.Bhd.
As a Builder, our primary focus is to serve multinational service providers and property development firms and individuals, with various services related to MEP, civil construction, Steel works and Road works.
SOUTH RIDGE BUILDERS is actively involved in building exclusive infrastructure projects all over the country. We have completed quite a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies and individuals. Our Moto is “Dreams Come True”. We are experienced in providing quality services and products.
SOUTH RIDGE BUILDERS helps client’s designs, build and logistics through a network of facilities covering most areas of East Malaysia. This national presence provides our clients with complete designs, engineering and material supply resources that are vertically integrated with Engineering solutions to optimize their operation by lowering their costs and reducing their time to market. With new engineering developments and changes in the field of architecture and construction the demand of these services is on rise.
